about

One of the most important elements on the music by The Outsider is the orchestra, the orchestral arrangements made for all the songs in the album are meant to add drama and an overwhelming sensation of horror. Each song has different kinds of arrangements for the different sections of the orchestra, and even though human ear is not able to perceive each and every instrument or section clearly, it perceive them as a whole. "Orchestral Renditions from the Unknown" is the name given to the upcoming studio release by The Outsider and the songs are actually the ones from the debut album, but taking out the distorted electric guitars, bass, drums and almost all vocals in order to boost the orchestral music and make it sound in all its majestic nature playing all the original horrid and dark orchestral arrangements of the songs. But "Orchestral Renditions from the Unknow" is not an ordinary "orchestral version" album, it is also a creativity and versatility statement. Each song contains not only the orchestral parts, but other arrangements that belong to other music genres like flamenco, electronic music, twelve-tone serialism, scales and instruments from the middle and far east, as well as some experimentation with vocals, percussions and noise.
